OMEGA ATOMIZERS specializes in sophisticated components for flue gas desulfurization (FGD) systems. We manufacture the finest repair and replacement parts for more than a dozen rotating spray dry atomizer configurations and two stationary types. This involves premium metallic components, high technology solid ceramic wear parts, ceramic coated metallic parts developed for SDA applications and ceramic load bearing structural components. These parts, processes and concepts have been developed specifically for this industry and in many cases are so unique that they have been awarded U.S. Patents.

Numerous nondestructive testing and inspection techniques such as fluorescent magnetic particle, fluorescent liquid penetrant, radiographic, ultrasonic and eddy current inspections are utilized extensively to ensure delivered part quality exceeds customers' needs and expectations.
Although many of our inspection methods are by necessity part of our final inspection process, these same methods are also used extensively on initial raw product and in process manufacturing control. Statistical Process Control (SPC) is used in conjunction with our desire for excellence, producing components of unequaled accuracy, durability and wear life.
